Hi I have 2004 Honda Rubicon and I was just woundering whats the best way with out a lot money into it to increase Hp???
What kind of after market would you get???

The most simple and common mod is to increase the air flow, both into and out of the engine.

Vent the airbox lid (but not if that will cause you to get water in the airbox), get an aftermarket air filter (I prefer UNI), and an aftermarket exhaust. All this will require a rejet of the carburator..

 

I have an 05 Rubicon and I put a K&N, HMF Utility Series, and a Dyno Jet Kit in it and I notice a significant increase in power. The throttle response is incredible! You can definantely feel the difference.
