where can i find a 400ex for under 3 grand (preferably used)

 

that will be a really hard deal. why? because usually no one sells a 400 ex under 3000 unless its really beaten up or its missing parts or its stolen.

 

ebay, or look in local papers sometimes people dont know what they have and sell it cheap. Powersportsnetwork.com has 400's idk about 3 or less. It is gonna be hard to find a nice one like warrior 02 man said.I did get a deal on mine i got a 2000 for 2100 but my uncle knew the guy who sold it. but good luck

 

I gave 2900 for mine. Its a 2000, in mint condition. It had only 5 tanks of gas run through it before I got it. The worst thing I found when looking is if it is in good shape, it will cost more than book to buy it. (That has a whole bunch of problems of its own!!) If it is cheap, chances are it is rough! There are alot of decent deals out there, just takes alot of looking!

 

I've seen one for 3200, with extras in great shape, and it was a 2002, so I bet you could find one for less than 3000

 

i got mine for $2800 no extra just nerfs

 

keep an eyeball on the classified section of your city paper. looks like $3,000 - 3,500 is the asking price. In a lucky situation you might find a decent one under 3, but most likely not (even though it does happen from time to time).

 

im buying a 400ex next month and been looking around already and have found some sweet ones for like 2800..which is not bad..i would .also suggest gettin one stock cuz odds are it wasnt beaten or really ridden hard...but i dont really care cuz they last for even and are bulletproof quads...check out the 400ex in my page...my buddy got it for 1700...its a 2002..beaten to **** but we cleaned it up and runs like a champ now...cant wait to get mine[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
