Try using Permatex,I use this on all my pipes, even where it goes to the cylinder to prevent oil splatter on my beasts. This should also prevent the rattling noise by making a rubber-type sealant around the interior of the pipe, just becareful of getting it on the outside cause you dont wanna have to scratch the pipe to scrape it off.

ok im a dumb a** i tryed to use exhaust wrap to help fix the problem i wraped it around where the two pieces of pipe meet and it actually over lapped inside the pipe so innocently i folded it over inside the pipe.... i started the bike and it ran shi*tty so i took the pipe off and found out that the pipe wrap that was overlapped inside the pipe was ripped off so i just took it all off i did not start the bike since then do you think it is possible that i screwed up the motor because the pieces of muffler wrap are no where to be found inside the pipe i just hope it didnt get sucked back into the motor??? please advise

Typical problem especially if you have an aftermarket exhaust. Unless you are loosing performance just deal with it. @#$% happens.
