Traded in my 99 Honda 400ex for a 01 Raptor. At first I wasn't sure about it cause I loved my 400 but the Raptor's specs and features are unbeatable. I loss some $$$ in the deal but the excitment I get was well worth it. Feels like a 250r or banshee this thing pulls hard for a 4 stroke. Its reverse is great and welcomed. % valve liquid cooled 660 cc with dual carbs come on. Thats why it is the best Performance ATV to date. Take a ride on one and see for yourself.

 

Man you posted your feelings on the wrong street.The yamaha forum is just one block away and they would be much more happier to hear what you have to say.But anyways congrats on your machine.I also was kinda upset when I sold my 400ex but now that I have this baby theres no turning back.Change that front sprocket to a 12 tooth unless you are planning on just drag racing all the time.Good luck with it.
