Default caliper

i think my claliper is funked up i was changing my pads and bleeding them and theres nothing no matter how long i pump them. BUT before i did this i had no pads on and barly and fluid for about a week and i let people drive it so im sure they used the back brake ..... anyone know what the problem could be? thanks

Sounds like air in the system.

Not sure what you mean in the second sentence. No pads and you had brakes or just that the pads were worn down.


Bleed it some more. Depending on how you changed the pads you can get away without bleeding.

ok srry i typed fast yesterday .......my pads wore out so i took them off and drive my wheeler for about a week (the rear) i think some dumb kid that i let ride it slammed down on the brake pedal and screwed up my caliper because i went to put new pads on it and there was no pressure when i pushed down i tryed bleeding them but it wouldnt do a damn thing.........[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

ok i ixed it they needed bled HARDCORE!!!!

Good, next time don't ride without rear pads installed. You could do more damage to the system. Better to leave them in and/or just not ride.
