hi how can you tell when your rocker arms go out??

i was wondering about mine!!!! b/c my engine is ticking alot wellit always has ticked but i was just wondering about the rocker arms!!

and where i can get the hardened rocker arms!!! there's none on ebay! please please help!!!

 

Probably just needs a valve adjustment. Should be done every year.
