I have recently orderd a cam from TC< and i was wondering if my new cam will come with a Compression realese, so then i dont have to have the old one pressed off of the old one.

You don't need the compression release. Your cam will not come with that either. I don't know what it does, but I would call TC about that one.

You would need a compression release if you ride it in the cold.It releaves the pressure in the cylinder to save were and tear on the starter.By cold i mean in the snow.
