I like your picture that you posted. Just this weekend I watched "Year One" shooutout on TV. I watched this Pontiac Firebird fly down the track and burn at the end. The engine caught fire and burnt while everyone oohing and ahhing, the 2 fastback Mustangs and the Cobra tear it up with no problems. Not only did they go faster than 65 but they kept on going!! GMC....... "garage mechanics companion."

hey i got a few questions about the 400 ex. i like to ride in mud and snow with my 250 and lots of times i get stuck and put it in reverse and back out of it and try it again. thats a problem with the 400 for me. how does everyone else get along with out reverse? and how does the 400 hillclimb? i like to go up steep packed dirt hills, does the front end ever come up? and how tippy is it? can you spin a cookie on gravel? can you slide it sideway on loose surface? my 250 can do all thses things great but its just getting old and i want to upgrade to something newer and better what do you guys think?

If you're looking for a 400 i would go with the Kfx 400(the suzuki z400) they are reliable and very nice quads overall. The Kfx 400 has won in many shootouts agains the 400ex. I am planning to get a kfx 400 i've looked at the 400ex but the kfx is just a lot better.

I can't count how many z400 frames I've seen with cracks everywhere with less than one mx season on them. The 400ex may be a tad slower but it's a rock.

They fixed the cracking problem on the z400 on the newer models.
