400ex oil and filter
Not to sure about what your asking on the filter. Go to any dealer and just ask for the 400ex filter and they will get it for you. Depending on temp. where you ride you may want to refer to the manual for the oil. Although 10w40 should be fine. There has been many arguments on what oil is the best. I would just play it safe and use a high quality motorcycle engine oil suach as castrol. Some will tell you there is no difference in car oil and motorcycle oil except for the price. Its up to you if want to take that chance.

400ex oil and filter
Use a good oil with friction modifiers for the clutch.. Just any regular motor oil will not work...
ebay, or use Service honda for your needs..
