Default Where should I go for a big bore kit for my 400ex?

Well today, the engine in my 400ex gave up the ghost. It took me through a season of motocross racing, lots of dune and trailriding, but now it's toast. We found pieces of the piston down in the bottom of the case (sniff, sniff)

But the good news is, I get my big bore kit

My questions:

1) Where can I order a quality big bore kit (cylinder, piston, rings, gaskets) and not get burned?

2) Is the 440 kit bolt on or does it require case machining? I'm pretty sure that the 416 kit is bolt on.

Thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!!!
