If it is sticking out some, I have cut a slot with a hacksaw and used a screw driver to get it out or otherwise you need to drill and easyout... Good luck...

Happened to me on a HEAD bolt once, I've used needle indicator torque wrenches ever since. 9 ft/lbs? You animal!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Sometimes you can take a small punch or chisel and tap it around (out). If you can't get it started drill a small hole on the edge giving you a place to insert the punch and tap it around. Good Luck!
