i was just wonder which exaughst systems puts out the most hp across the power band for the 250r because im getting one and i would either like more hp in the mid-high range i just want to know hows had what experience with which pipe and what is the truthful hp amounts gained

 

There is no "best" pipe. What are you going to do with this bike? If your looking for the most HP FTZ inframe, ESR TRX-11, Sparks TT come to mind. Esr's trx-5 is a good all around pipe
