if I rejet my 300ex and add a K&N will I notice any change? I am also thinkin about buyin a new exhaust system is DMC Aliens good? I found one for like $350 or somthing like that is that a good deal? thanks

 

Just new jetting and K&N won't do much, if anything. If you open the airbox one way or another, and do exhaust work, you will notice a good gain. A dmc alien is probably going to be a bit loud but, it is just as good as many mufflers for a 300ex. I have an FMF mega maxII on my wifes 300ex. I think that is a good system, because it has the disk type spark arrestor, and is real cheap. The quality is great, the exhaust actually out lastest my first 300ex, and went on my wifes quad.
