i need to know who make this i was told laeger parts are compatable but would just like a history or where they are located

 

It's not Laegers but Lone Star.

Back in the early 1990s ownership of JP Racing changed hands........along with the name. It became Lone Star Racing.

As for parts interchangability, a call to LoneStar to see what was changed over the years would determine that.
