Yeah I was thinking I should try going fatter on the jets considering that when I put the lid back on it starts to run alittle better with the 150 main in. It just seems like a huge step to go to 180 from 118 just because I opened the lid and exhaust. That does give me a better idea of where to go with this though. What about needle position? Thanks for the tips. Any more info is appreciated..

That sounds too fat for me. I would try going to a smaller jet size. And check the plug, to see which way you need to go. It should be a tan color.

I left the clip in the middle position, if it runs better with the lid back on you are definitely too lean. Go up and it'll come to life.

Ok thanks, I wasn't sure if I should leave the needle alone or not and the less I have to tear apart the better. Usually I love turning a wrench and I've been doing it for quite a while but I just really can't stand jetting. I'm gonna take these jets back and pick up a 175,180 and 185 main and see where that gets me. I can't tell a difference at all between the 45 pilot and 50 pilot when they are in so I think im just gonna stick with the stock one for now. Thanks for all the help.
