I just noticed the used 400EX I bought has a smashed WB Pipe. It looks like the rear brake hardware hit the side of the pipe after a big landing. Anyone else have this or similar problem?

 

well, unless you can see actual grooves/scratches, their is a stock indent in the pipe. ive bottomed my out and it clears the muffler. when i first purchased my WB silencer, i thought it was defective from factory, but its there for that purpose of clearing the rotor. hopefully you just saw the stock "dimple"
