Default Rancher with Bearclaws...question

I have 25x12.5-10 Bearclaws on the back of my 4x4 rancher. When I measure from the ground to the top of the tire they measure 23.75" with approx 4psi. I want to get bearclaws for the front, but I don't know which size to order...25x8-12 or 24x8-12. If someone has either of these sizes on their quad could you please measure from the groud to the top of the tire and post the results. I want to buy the tire that comes the closest the the measurement of the rear tire. Thanks much.

Default Rancher with Bearclaws...question

My rear bearclaws with 3.5 psi measure 23" tall. I like to keep the front tires with a bit more air so that I don't bend a rim if I hit rocks. Probably like 5-6 psi.

It is still not going to make enough difference for you to notice. I run 27x10x11&12 vampires on my rancher and it doesn't make the front end sit any different. And you cant tell the heigth difference either.

My rear 25-12.50-11 on 11x7 rims measure out at 23" tall. The front 25-10-12 on 12x6 measure to be right at 23" tall. This is with 3.5psi rear and 4.0psi front. The difference in tire height is neglegible. I have not noticed any ill effects while riding, except for maybe I look for the most technical terrain I can find now.

Can someone explain to me why I spend the money for 25" tires and they only measure 23". I just lost 2" of ground clearance!!!! False advertising at its best!!!?????

The 27" vampires look great and the power you can tell if you drag another rancher but they wont win by much I will see if i can get my camera up to my hunting camp next week and take some pic and post them.

Put a suspension lift on it only about $100 and you will pick up 3/4" to 1"
