hi, i want to bore my ex300 to 330, what parts i need? (includ: size/comppression and etc)

Thanks, but i guess i wont find a kit becuase im not living in usa, far far away in israel so i will have to order the parts seperate...
so what i wanna know is which size of piston i need...and other parts to make it work [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

im not sure...its to complicated im not that much at home and dont have time to do all that ordering stuff, then i need to realse it in the TAX office and all that

Well you are going to have to re-sleeve the cylinder to accept the larger piston. The piston that you are going to need is an 80mm if I remember correctly. With that its a good idea to go ahead and throw a good exhaust system on there and a good intake and get the carb re-jetted. Since you are going to have the top-end opened up you may also want to consider throwing in a mild cam, that is always a nice extra. Well I hope this helps, Good Luck..

well i dont think i got money for the exhaust and the cam...will i feel any diffrence? with only uni filter?...

Well if you don't play around in the water I would just drop the uni filter in and run without an airbox lid. Remove the baffle from the exhaust if that is permitted in your area. You are still going to have to re-jet doing this. Going with the big bore you are going to want the engine breathing better and yes you will notice a difference.

well, i also need a new clutch :\ and the guy who install all the stuff want alot of money [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] thats the way in israel everything cost alot
i will consider the exhaust (HMF is the best for EX ?) and how do i remove the baffle? in case i wont be able to get the HMF or whatever you say that good[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

i chked about the pistons all isee is Honda TRX 300EX .080 Wiseco High Compression Piston Kit which is 76.00 mm bore
not 80mm as you said...
so someone know which piston i need to bore my 300ex to 330?
