I have a 2001 300ex. what pipe will make my wheeler faster? the fmf megamax 2 or the white bros. e series promeg pipe?

Since there probably are not very many who have personal knowledge of both brands on your particular bike, possibly a better question would be to ask for opinions on either of the two pipes. I see you didn't mention the Supertrapp..did you write that choice off or just not think of it? As the maker of the original tunable silencer, I would think they have some knowledge in that area. I run a Curtis Sparks pipe in front of a Supertrapp silencer & I can tell you it makes a definite difference. I run 20 discs for top end on my Warrior. You didn't say where in the band you want to improve performance but tuning to that part of the band is the function of the tunable silencer
