big bore 250ex

Default big bore 250ex

i just ordered a powroll big bore kit for my cousins 250ex. it already has a k and n and a white brothers pipe. what kind of results should we expect from this kit?

you will proabably cry. its like stuffing a 300ex engine in the frame. If you get it jetted all nice and stuff you should be able to keep up with modded blasters and be right behind stock 400ex's

it brings it from 229cc's to a true 250. i'm excited now

oh, i just noticed you were talkin bout the two stroke (right?) i thought the EX was a four stroke

woah. i thought they sold a 330 kit. i take back that stuff about eating blasters and chasing 400's. However, You'll be very impressed and still like it alot. takes away that go-kart whine and obvious underpowerment that mine had coming out of corners. you could always just buy a 300. worked for me. I only beat my bro's 250ex (stock) by about 5 lengths on a 300' with my stock 300ex. however, once we hit our celings I just keep pulling ahead. If you were to do a little spring and cam work you could feel comfortable rev ving to +1000, and then we'd have ourselves a race....

well we had some shipping problems but it should be here tomorrow or the next day
