Hey guys i know this site is for atv's but i cant find my bike site so... can anyone tell me about the CRF 230's like performance wise. are they reliable, fast, maintenance wise???

The 230 is an entry level cross-country bike. It is neither an MX bike, nor does it have the suspension of the upper end X-country machines. It is however a fun play bike, and a good cross-country ride for lighter riders.

It isn't a powerhouse by any means, but if you remove the exhaust baffle (not the spark arrestor, the baffle inside the arrestor) and the baffles in the airbox intake, along with a rejet, you can get some extra hp. (But, do consider first if sound is a big issue where you ride???)
