Default 04 Rubicon Plow Mount

What plow manufacturer makes the best mount for me (least ground clearance loss with plow removed, don't have to remove to change oil, easiest hook-up)

I don't like the Swisher as you have to u-bolt it to the a-arms and I've read of interference between the u-bolts and rims at full turn. Bad.....

Is it true that the Warn's plate (2 piece - correct?) must be removed to change oil?

How about Cycle Country? I had one for my AC and liked it, but it took away about an inch of clearance.

American Eagle - not sure what kind of mount they have.

What is the Moose mounting like for the Rubicon? I like my friends Arctic Cat brand set-up, is this a Moose Plow?

Appreciate all constructive and experienced answers,
Thanks

I just put the Cycle country on my 05 Rubicon and true the mounting tabs do hang down about 1", but the upside is the plate has the hole for the drain plug and is much heavier than the stock plastic.

thanks, but I cannot correlate your experience with the 05. I have the alloy plate that must come off to change the filter. I would much rather have a UHMWPE plastic plate. I’m not crashing down on the skid, but scraping it. The plastic is more resilient, won't transfer as much of the impact to the frame, and more slippery when the snow gets deep. You don't have to spend 10 minutes with a hammer to get it to bolt back on after the oil change.

we only sell moose at the dealership. the moose has a cutout for the oil filter so removal is not necessary. all plow mounts ive seen do hang down some and the new moose ones come down about an inch. the '05 mount is different than the '04. the '05 mount is a full skidplate where the '04 replaces just the front half of the stock skid plate.

I have on 04 Rubicon with a Cycle Country plate and plow and it has a cut out for changing oil and the tabs hang down about an inch.
