whats shakin'! I have almost an indetical ATV, and will now proceed to share my secrets. I have the HMF s/o, with a uni filter and a heavily modded airbox cover. (filter cover) I bought the dynojet kit, just so i could get their needle and more importantly, thier advice. Currently, I have their 128 jet in, with their needle set to groove # 4 (fourth down from the top) The kit says that 3 turns out on the pilot is good, but the highgest idle for me was acheived at about 2 3/4. Just got to dynojet.com and look up the manual, and buy only the parts that apply to you. If there's any literature you're missing lemme know. I have it all. Your sig. does NOT say that anything is done to your airbox, so I'd just step one down on the main for that. I really suggest hacking it up though.

I also have the clymers (which includes the wiring diagram) for my bike, so if you gimme the specs on your tether switch I might be able to help. Im fairly well versed in the electronics department, being as my other hobby is building small robots.
