I am a honda fanatic but I have a question for someone who has maybe swaped out parts from a trx 250r to a 400ex. I have done alot of swapping out stuff on 400ex to 300ex and so on but I was wondering if a trx250r steering stem would work on a 400ex. I will try but havent had much time in the shop lately. They look the same. also i wondered about a 86 trx swingarm on a 400ex. i have trx250r i am parting out. I would like the steel swing arm compared to the cast. Im goig to race this spring and am getting ready to tear done one of my 400ex. Anyone who has done either of these your input would be greatly appretiated.

Not trying to tell you what to do, but you aren't going to attract the right people with this thread title. I am a Honda fanatic for example, but know nothing about what you've described.
