Its on the left side main case on most motors

 

ya most motors, but did ya check on yur 450r is it on the left side main case?

 

Mine is a 06 they have the bike motor in them so im not shure if its the same as yours

 

well im sure the location of the serial number on a 2005 and a 2006 is teh same, like at the same place on teh engine, all i wanna know is if it really is on the left main side cover, and if it is is the left side main cover hard to put on an already assembled motor, like is there anything that attachts to it??
