1991 Honda 300 4x4. Every time I get in the mud and slop, I lose breaks (front and rear). Can anyone tell me why this keeps happening, or what I can do to stop it?

If this only happens in wet conditions, your brakes are getting wet somehow. Disassemble all brake assemblies and check all o-rings and seals, replace any suspect parts. Check the big seal that goes around the front brake drums, have seen these deteriate over time. Are the red plugs missing on the front wheels?
