Default Blaster or 300ex for gncc

I dont know what to get. I want to race gncc but dont know what bike to get. what bike would be the best. I want to deck it out with everything but want to know what bike is better faster and best for the woods.

To me, the 300 is a better choose, because the blaster feels tippy. IMO. But if you are wanting to deck it out with the best of everything, why not just buy something you have to do less to and will not out grow, like a 400EX or a Z400!?

I would but my parents wont let me get anything bigger than a 300ex or i would, i am good, but if people think i should use a 300ex i am goin to sell the blaster and get one and deck it out but dont know what bike would do the best, i raced the blaster last year in motocross but want to switch to gncc and everyone is telling me to sell it and get a 300ex, but dont know what to race and i am trying to figure out what bike will do the best, Every one tells me i am ready for a 450 but my parents think other wise so i have to do one of the two

A modded blaster vs. a modded 300ex haha. The blaster would kill it. My blaster is not tippy in the woods at all. I would much rather have my blaster for gncc then a 300ex. Though only better thing about the 300ex is that it has reverse.

I would go with the blaster if you are going to deck it out. They are small bikes and you can throw them around and that helps alot in the woods. If you are under 16 years out and you race gncc you will be racing 300exs and blasters
so they will not be a big power difference.

my old 300 was pretty built up and would hang with everything i rode with.......recons to 400ex's. in my opinion a blaster, being a two stroke, would have too much of a hit in the powerband and that in turn would make it more fatiguing to ride. of course this is all comin from a four stroke guy. you should test ride a 300 and see what you think.

I will go with that. You need to test ride a 300ex. My buddy has a 300ex I ride it all the time. Its a good quad.

I have rode one it had an hmf slip on and i loved it but i dont know it just seems the blaster is faster. The 300 is slower but it seems to have better handling for the woods. but i dont know i want something that will be fast. i am going to be 17 this year I have rode both in the woods, i love the 300 but the blaster is faster , so i dont know what to do
i want a bike that is fast yet reliable

They are also saying that the blaster will tire me out and i am going to have to work harder to keep up with a 300 and the 300 i can just cruse and wont have to work as hard to keep up

I you want to race gncc you better get a bigger quad cause you will be racing with the 400 and 450 if you are 17. A blaster or 300ex is not going to be enough.

Test drive them both, see which one you like better.
