do they make a center headlight to put on ranchers? if so is it hard to install?

yes, i've seen them on a few ranchers. I dont think it's hard to install, but i've never done one yet.

hight lifter has one made for the rancher.. supposidly brighter than the stock foreman ones
i forget the price but i tihnk it was espnsive like 80 bux or something.. go to highlifter.com or something

No switch from the factory, but its not a big deal to wire in your own.
