Default Powerhead for 86 250R

I just bought a Paul Turner powerhead with a 20CC dome. I was wondering what type of head gaskets i should use? Some people have told me to go with the type on the CR's but they weren't for sure what year gaskets to use, does anyone have any suggestions on what gaskets i should use? Also am i still going to be able to run on pump gas (93 octane) or will i have to upgrade to race gas? Any input will be helpful.. Thanks

Get one for the Cr250r, they are thinner and will up your compression.
I think you should be able to still run pump premium.

1986 TRX250R, I would think an '86 CR250R gasket should fit. Your local Honda dealer parts guy should know too.

You can use a 89 CR gasket or split a stocker and get 2 gaskets for the price of 1. Trash the thicker center piece of the three layer gasket and have a spair.
If your compression is over 185psi. I would run race gas.
