I have stock 400ex tiers on it now. I thought about stock 450r tiers.
What would anyone else put on it.

 

Smart. If they're cheap, go for the honda OEM issue tires. (lightly used?) Lo-pro for lo-dough. If you have to buy them outright, Holeshots are good. Razrs are too. The same can be said for Kenda Knarly. My little brother has Holeshots on his 250 and they're cool. They're not expensive either.
