Default 300ex stopped smoking

A whilst ago I posted that my 300ex, once warmed up, started smoking lightly (blue) from the pipe. At that time, the bike was STOCK. After installing a HMF pipe, which I like very much, I was obviously faced with the task of rejetting. Under influence from the dealer, I mistakenly bought a Jet Kit from DynoJet. I ran it with DynoJet's "magic jet and setting recommedations" for a while, and the smoking stopped completely. Then I tuned it all nice with plug chops and choke tests, ended up going down one main (to 127), out 3 turns on the pilot screw, and kept the recommended needle setting. Still no smoke, even when I pushed it as hard as I am physically capable. According to my infrared thermometer, engine head temps also dropped about 15-20 degrees. I learned Honda sends out lean bikes from the factory, but is it bad enough to do THAT under certian conditions? Do I have a lemon that I've repaired? Who else has had this problem?

Bear in mind that my bike is always kept up in most excellent shape, with air filter cleanings and oilings every ride, thorough frame and plastic cleanings every ride, oil changes every three rides (twice as often as Honda suggests), regular joint lubes.....you get the picture. I've already established these habits and the bike was only bought last August. I WASN'T THE SOURCE OF THE SMOKE.
