Recon electrical problem

Default Recon electrical problem

I shut it off and now nothing, no lights no electrical power anywhere.
I jumped the selinoid and it cranks but will not start, and still no lights.

Please help

Default Recon electrical problem

If I remember right, there isn't a fuse box on this machine, just a couple of in-line fuses. Check these first along w/ the battery connections. If both are good, the easiest way to diagnose your problem is w/ a test light and a wiring diagram. Start from the battery and follow the electrical path until you don't have voltage.

kill switch is on, can almost gurantee it

the kill switch won't keep the lights from turning on. It probably blew the fuse under the seat by the battery. There's just one blade fuse that protects everything, I think it's a 15 amp

I changed the fuse by the battery nothing, is there another one somewhere?

That's the only fuse. Check electrical connections, and unhook the key switch and test it with a multimeter.
