Default Pipe for a 400ex on trails

I am in the process of getting a 2002 400ex and i was wondering what the top pipes are for trail riding, with small jumps and wheelies, i dont need one made for tracks cause the only tracks i ride are railroad tracks, also should i get a complete system or slipon with seperate header
