If i got the 440 kit. Do I have to re-sleeve and bore?

 

Yes you must take out your old sleeve, have the cylinder bored to accept the new 440 sleeve. The new sleeve will have room for you to have it bored out in the future.
An example would be if you scored the side wall of your cylinder with the rings and piston due to lack of oil you could bore the sleeve 20 or 30 thousandths of an inch.
