This is the same product that they spray truck bed liners with. I wanted to protect the rack from wear and tear. Looks great!! Real meaty. Cost me 70 bucks to get all three pieces sprayed though.

I have been thinking about doing that to my racks also. I heard that Hurculiner works good. Did you do it yourself? If so was it hard?

I bought truck bed liner for $6 a can and it works fine for me. $70 was a rip-off.

That sounds like a good idea… Does the plastic piece on the front still fit? As for the price, any time you have something done professionally done will cost more. $70.00 does not sound all that bad to me.

The plastic front piece fits fine, but it took me about 7 hours to put it all together. I had to cut the stuff off around the bolt holes. As far as paying 70 dollars, well I dont think its that much considering that all I did was drop them off and pick them up. I dont mind spending the $$$ I personally would rather pay someone then do it myself. I will try to post pictures of it.

I did the same thing to mine. But I used a one quart can of herquliner I bought for $30. Works great. Its just a little messy to put on.

00' rancher 4x2 es, 1500 lb winch w/50ft cable, 26"x12 mud runners on the rear, herculined rack.

Deadeye... is your winch a Superwinch t1500? I was thinking of putting a 50' cable on mine but wasn't sure how it would work. Does yours still pull ok?

Herculiner is the way to go. It's durable and relatively inexpensive. Just make sure you wear gloves and old clothes as it's permanent. The spray can type bed liners are worthless, don't waste your time or money.
