Any of you ever use a come along winch to pull your quads out of being stuck.

I figure for $7 I would give it try. Picked up 36 feet of 4500lb strap for $6 too..

i have a ratchet winch and they suck. it takes forever to pull the quad out. if you wait long enough i think the mud will dry up before the winch pulls you out. and if your at and angle forget it. the line gets all uneven and makes it hard tlo crank the handle. they are kind of hard to crank anyway. id save up and get a real winch if you plan on getting stuck a lot.

 

before i got my winch, i used to carry a ratchet winch just in case i got stuck, ive only been stuck with my 2000lb winch and it got me out fast.
