And the "quad" magazine says the 450R has the least. I don't know how thats possible. I have ridden both, and I think the Honda feels faster.

 

Funny, that Dirt Wheels and Quad seemed to draw completely opposite conclusions on everything to do with the three 450's!

 

I think that Suzuki lined Quad magazines pockets because I've ridden both and the 450r feels a lot more powerful completely stock.

 

i agree the 450r is un beatable stock in the 450's, put in the hrc kit and wow hold on

Yeah, it says the honda has like one or two more hp but the yfz is 1 mph faster in every gear except for top speed, it says the honda has it by 1 mph. The honda does weight a several pounds more than the yfz. My best friends just bought an 06 450R and I have a 06 yfz, his is stock except the the pea shooter is removed. I have the basic mods and can beat him by a little and top out a few mph faster. When he puts his pipe and hrc kit on we should be about even. They are both great quads
