I would say the only bad thing on the Rinny is it has no low gear but it has the esp so you can keep it in first if mudding. It is a great machine. It wont have the ground clearance of the cat either.

I have had mine a few months. I have yet to find anything bad. 1st gear is fine. I have been in mud up to the seat. No problem.

Dont let anyone tell you the tranny is bad cause it doesnt have low range and blah blah blah blah

Its just like an automatic transmission in a truck minus lowrange you just put it in drive and go..and sometimes like when your in your truck you can drop her into first gear

you will never have a problem with no lowrange

also You will never have a single problem with the Tranny

CrashinIt, until I saw that V2rider had posted here, I was going to say that you should expect to see him. Why do you want to get rid of the Cat? I hear that the 680 is a nice ride. I saw a young gal at Haspin Acres a few weeks ago with a brand new one. It had something like 4 miles on it and she had it pushing mud with the headlights. I saw her a little while after that when she got hung up in some pretty deep mud and hit reverse hard enough to stand it on its nose. A little while after that, I came across her and her riding group pushing it back onto its wheels from the handlebars. She just hopped right back on and rode away. Her boyfriend (I think) had one as well. He said that his was abused pretty badly and it looked it. He said that it had held up to everything that he had thrown at it. Their entire group was pretty hard core ute riders. The only real weakness that I saw was the open front diff.
