Does anyone know when this year that Honda will be having their dealer show for releasing info on 2007 models?

I wonder if they will release things in July like they did last year? Well we'll see!

Models that haven't change much usually get released early. So if you want to see the new models you will have to wait until September.

True, I am just kinda wanting to see if they are going to widen the 450R or come out with a big bore sport quad. Guess I will wait for another few months, no biggie.

Rumor has it that this is the last year for the XR560 (????), so I don't think we are going to see a big bore sport quad. In the dirt bike arena, Honda has obviously put all its eggs in the 250/450 basket, and dropped the XR's. Maybe that means Team Honda will be racing the CRF450X in the big desert races???????

I use to lament the lack of a 650EX, but now that I have the 450, frankly I don't need or even want a 650!

Well i have an 05 TRX 450r and I need more power or sure. I am hoping for a wider version of the 450r in 07. The 06 is so much better powerwise. I do think that Honda needs a big bore trail bike like the Yamaha Raptor. I would love to have an all out big bore with reverse and electric start. It makes more sense than getting that 450r motor all strung out. The 650 or 700 would go farther between rebuilds and have more torque than the 450. I wish that they would listen to their customers wants and needs a little more. Oh well, I will patiently wait to see what happens in the coming months.

Have you ridden a 50+ horsepower 450? It will likely have more torque than you can use. The big heavy big bores will be left behind.

no but i have a 45-48 HP 05 450r and it is NOWHERE near enough power. I need something with a reliable 60+ HP. Just my preference! A big bore will have more power and reliability with less rebuilds than a 50+ HP 450 anyday. Plus I want reverse. I know that there are 450rs and YFZ's with lots of power but I want to run pump gas and not have to rebuild it every 50 to 100 hrs!
