If you haven't seen them yet, here you go. These are the early release Honda's, the one's that haven't been change significantly. The trx450r/400ex/250ex/90 will go mostly unchanged except for graphics and colors. All other Honda's that are unchanged or have minor mods are also on this site. All the new models we will see in September's dealer show.

This seems to be all the sport quads including the 300EX. I heard long ago that this was the last year for the venerable old 300........

How about a very light (think Blaster size/weight here), medium frame machine with a CRF250X engine as a replacement?

Yamaha has to do something to replace the Blaster. A YZF250F would be a natural here????

What about the utilities? No changes???

Click on the "utility" and Recreational" tabs. All the other modles are UNCHANGED except for "BNG" man I was waiting for some big news from Honda but I guess not.

Honda's going to lose allot of market share if they don't start stepping upto the plate! NO side by side? No big Bore? No 2up's.

Actually, now that I think of it, historically Honda keeps an old replaced machine in the lineup for a year or even two after they release a new machine. So, I see some hope for a CRF250X based replacement for the 300.

Also heard that the XR650 will be gone soon, but there it is in the lineup.

Honda won't lose much if any market share, the Honda faithful always buy red, and thier reputation transcends to other areas enough that newcomers usually know about the reliability aspect and look at Honda models also. Big Red has been playing this "Bold New Graphics" game for decades, I don't really expect them to change now.

BTW, love the new black w/red frame & graphics 450R, but the white is kinda ugly. Maybe it will look better in person?

according to the following pricing chart for 2007 models, there is no 2007 300EX!

when you click on the different bikes on the left: 450r, 400ex, etc when the pics and stuff load to the right, on every model except the 300EX - says 2007. 300ex still says 2006 and its not in the pricing chart. in the list still- i guess so they can get rid of them. could be a good time to get a huge discount on a 300ex! not extremely powerful but to me is a excellent little trail machine.

i would love to see a crf250x based quad but i think the price of it would be kinda high for an entry level machine. the pricing on the dirtbike version is over 6K and with only about a 800 difference btween the crf450x and crf250x...pricing chart for the crfs (excluding motocross):

yamaha will replace the blaster, prob bassed on the TT engined dirtbike. it will be a fairly inexpensive alternative. if they did put the wr250 engine in it, it would rock....yamaha always has a trick up their sleeve so i would love to see what they do in a couple weeks...

i was lookin at the 2007 utility pricing chart and i didnt see the rancher listed, or did i miss it somewhere, or did they discontinue it and i didnt hear about it lol

The way I read it, it says the early releases are for the models without much change. That tells me that the 300ex, is gonna come out, but it will infact look like all the others. Won't it suck if they put the headlight down on the quad?
