Has anyone had any experience with using a CR250 head on a TRX250R? Not the head gasket, but head itself..Does the coolant lines connect the same as a R head...Any feedback would be great!

it was done in a magazine once they had to block off the powervalve and do case work. only a special piston could be used. they said it had great power but it was too expensive and labor-taking for anyone but a pro to do. it you want an aftermarket cylinder go w/ the pro-x cylinder kits. they come w/ everything and it goes on just like a normal 250R (except 330 and up the case needs machined) they come in a 250, 295, 310, 330, and 410 kits and everyone says that add so much power but anyway that my just $0.02

Jeepin-I've heard they do fit as well..But, did you happen to notice on the one you looked at how the coolant lines connected? I hear the CR head has 2, somewhat smaller coolant line vs the R's one? Thanks
