Default Good pipe for 400ex?

What is a good pipe for a 400ex? One thats not really that loud, mine has a white bros r4 on it right now and its entirely too loud. Im looking for a pipe that gives good performance but is just not quite as loud. Any suggestions? thanks

i think one of my friends is wanting the r4 but i dont really want to go back to the stock pipe i want it to have an agressive sound just not as loud as the r4 i was thinking of either a two brothers or a pro circuit but ive never heard them on a 400ex

The Pro Circuit my friend had on his Ozark was loud. I'm pretty sure all pro circuits are loud....could be wrong though.

stock is going to be the quietest but hmf makes a sport pipe that has a quiet core insert you have to pay a little extra but it might be worth it

i've heard that the Pro Circuit is one of the best pipes for a 400EX and i believe that you can get a silencer for them, im not 100% sure on this tho.

stock 400ex pipe is fairly quiet (88db ive heard, not certain though). my HMF is alright for sound (96db is the official word with a quiet core) as long as you dont hammer it. without the quiet core its loud. like 106db

If you want to keep that pipe and be able to make it quieter, the best thing to do is cut it in half! If you have it whole, there is all the sound, Have it in half, it is half the sound of before! Plus 50% more power after rejeting because there is 50% more flow! Its amazing! =PPPPP
