Bought 2 new. One will not start. Cranks and has spark. Ends up with raw fuel out the end of the pipe. Tried manipulating choke, removed air cleaner, dried all fuel, cleaned/replaced plug. No luck. Any ideas appreciated.

 

From the sounds of it, you got two of the 3 things necessary. Fuel and spark.
Check the valve clearance...if the intake is tight...itll stay slightly open, and kill the compression.
