Default Selling my 86 250R

I have decided to let my 250r go and buy a 450r. But i am not sure what i should be able to get out of it. List of mods: Paul Turner powerhead 21cc dome, jetted, twin-air filter, hinson clutch bakset and clutches, boyessen rad valve, nerf bars, Tag handlebars, Maier racing plastic (red), +1 inch A-arms, +3 Lonestar axle, new bearings and bushings all the way around, ITP front wheels/tires, Douglas Beadlocks rear w/ Razrs, the gears and the bottom end were gone through about three years ago and had all bearings and seals replaced. The frame on the fourwheeler was painted a couple of years ago, some wear marks from boots and gravel but other than that the bike is in good shape. Does anyone have any idea how much I should be able to get out of this bike? When I first bought it 3 years ago you couldn't find one anywhere and if you could the price was high, now that Honda has come out with the 450, I can't get rid of it. I would like to keep it and buy a 450 but I don't have the money to do this, I have been asking $3500 for the bike. Any one have any idea what i should be able to get out of it? Thanks
