Any idea when they're gonna apply their "worlds first electronic power steering system?" Im curious to see how that works out, but im also wondering how they can say that when yamaha is supposedly releasing the griz 700 next month which also says it has the first eps.

Raptor5 & sbripple,
sounds like good prices. I have typically always thought that the midwest had some of the cheapest prices on ATV's...at least in relation to Canada or the coasts. When I was briefly quoted $6,999 for a Camo Rincon with GPS I thought that was decent and no camo and no GPS should drop the price at least $200 and more like $400, right? So that would put me closer to the mid 6's then on a non camo/non-gps '06 Rincon I would think. Maybe with me being in the midwest AND the '07's being out now (I didn't know that!) .....I could get one even cheaper?!?!?!?!?
Even with a warrenty of only $500, I still don't know if I want it, I'm not a big fan of warranties and also worry about them saying, "Sorry, that's not covered". I'm hoping I can save that and not "have" to get it based off other peoples stories on their reliability with the '06 Rincon so far.

I checked them out thanks.....$6783 w/gps on 2006...don't know if that's on one with the Camo color even so that's a killer price. Maybe they can throw in a free warranty for my 9 hour journey down there!......Are the warranties that dealers sell, is it a national warranty or just at the dealer where you purchased your bike? Because I wouldn't want to drive another 9 hrs for warranty work....
thanks again!

It is a national warranty, any Honda shop will cover. You're almost guaranteed to have problems though when they find out you didn't purchase from them though. They gave me a 1-800 number to call if I had problems at the local dealer. Good luck.

Oh, you mean if I had a warranty and took it to a Honda dealer other than where I purchased it from they would question me? That doesn't seem fair considering it's a National warranty you purchased....

That better not be a problem! I bought mine from a dealer near me, but I ride and store it elsewhere. If it evern needs warrenty service, it'll go to the dealer near where it is, and not get hauled back to my neighborhood!
The dealer gets reimbursed for warrenty work no matter where it came from. Don't let it bother you. They'll be happy to fix it.
