Default whats wrong with a K&N???

would it be safer to ride in dusty conditions with an outerwear on the k&n or should i just go with uni too

I carry my stock air filter in a bag preoiled with me incase i encounter dusty rides.

The million mile warranty doesnt include motorsports filters, if you read the whole thing.

I'm bout 99.9% sure a K&N would filter just fine based on my personal experience. That .1% would probably make me buy a Uni just for peace of mind.

I ran a K&N in my fourtrax, which is over 13yrs old, and still going strong, so dont worry about it.

I don't in sand. 3 machines with K&N and many years have taught me they filter fine. BUT fine dust, I just have no experience with.

Exactly. I think your fine in the woods in northern states, you might have a problem on the coasts in the sand, or dune riding, but i would just use a filter cover
