is the 1999 250x 2stroke or 4 stroke?

They didnt make the 250x in 1999, they made the 300ex, they started 2 make the 300ex in 1993, and its a 4 stroke.

ok, practically same bike tho, jus stroked it out more for the 300.

 

Man u can just listen 2 it adn hear the difference~~~ or just look at the cylinder the 250r is liquid cooled and the 250x is Air...... also the pipe! sooooo just to let ya know... i have the same bike same year i race MX with the bike.. its great im going to take it back down in the winter and put at 12mm stroker crank in it and an aftermarket CDI and thats all i can do to it!
