0r TRX450R jetting
Hey everyone,
I just installed a K&N high flow air filter and a Big Gun EVO limited pipe on my R and am looking for some suggestions on what size jet I should use when re-jetting from some people with similar mods. Most of the time I'll be riding the coast dunes so should be at or near sea level.
Thanks for the suggestions in advance.

Cut open or remove your airbox lid, run a 185 main, a 50 pilot (48 is stock) and drop the clip on your needle to the bottom or second to the bottom position.
I have a 2004 450R (now a 480R) with a stage II Hotcam, ported and polished head, cut airbox lid and a FMF Q2 muffler. I ride the Oregon dunes at least 3-4 times a year and the jetting setup works great for me. Maybe just a little on the rich side.
I'll be at Horsfall August 19th-23rd. Let's go ride!

Right on, thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking about starting with a 175 and see how it works, but I would rather run a little rich and deal with plugs than run lean and deal with rings and such. Send me a PM with some details on when your comin to horsefall. We were planning on goin for a week in the end of August to ride in Winchester all the way down to horsefall. My goal is to get my jetting done before then and also drop a tooth or two on my front sprocket.
