2006 450ER
No HRC kit, but I did add a Pro Design intake with a K&N and cut out the lid to match the HRC lid. Replaced the stock 120 main jet with a 170. Replaced the non adjustable needle with one from a CRF450. Last I added a DMC slip on exhaust. Too fast for me, it's all I can do to hold on![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

The only way to change the top speed is to change the gearing OR the rev box or both.
I think redjuice mentioned he changed the rev box.

 

It's called transmission gear ratios

 

he didnt say rev box, but if so, it wont give him 10+ mph.

He did mention "rev" but not rev box. But I agree, it won't add 10mph.
Add teeth on front and take away teeth on back is how to get the 450 over 90 mph.

 

well a rev box come in the 06 hrc kit do some checking you don't have to change gearing but it might help i did not change it call a honda rep

a rev box does not come in the 2006 HRC kit. i work at a dealership.
