it's a rock solid work horse. it's not to big yet not to small. i love my AT same size quad. just check the basics. airfilter oil level and how clean it is. listen for valve clatter, tire plugs, bent rims and or axle. dented undercarige. look to see how well they took care of it. usualy they run for MANY MANY miles and hardly ever give a complaint. test ride it and as many others and see what fite you the best.
what are you looking for in a quad? what will it be used for? these are things you need to think about. but you can't go wrong with the rancher. very stabe and reliable.

look into a new one there around 5000 to 5500 i think 4500 is a bit high for a 02 just check around

That thing is not worth more than $3000! Especially if its only 2wd.
I dont know where you live, but for instance, a 2006 brand new Rancher 350 2wd is $3133 and 4wd is $3833 at Southern Honda in Chattanooga, TN. They are a volume dealer but not the only one around. I think there are at least 3 volume dealers in TN.
